111 Richmond St West
111 Richmond W is a Class A LEED Platinum Toronto office building located in the northwest section of the Financial Core. As part of the 2.5 million square foot Richmond-Adelaide Centre, 111 Richmond W is located on the South side of Richmond Street just East of York Street with connections to the PATH and public transit systems ensure accessibility by all office tenants. 111 Richmond W is located within steps of major retail shopping, food services and some of Canada’s best cultural and sporting landmarks such as the Scotia Bank Arena, Rogers Centre, Roy Thompson Hall, and the Four Seasons Opera House.
111 Richmond was fully redeveloped in 2011 to its current status as a Class A LEED Platinum EB:OM certified building. The heritage features, originally designed by world-renowned architect Peter Dickinson, were the inspiration for the revitalization and feature prominently in the lobby and exterior of the building.
